Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns. Anovator.ai is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, improperly packaged, or damaged return shipments.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

We may request photographs of packaging and products, serial numbers, proof of damage, and shipment documentation. Failure to report shipping damage or incorrect items within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for resolution.
